Squats- coordination

The same approach was used as the previous client, (lighter weights- longer sets), focusing mostly on postural/ stability movements; strengthening vital regions of the body (such as the core) in order to obtain more coordination. Coordination has been a bit more difficult, therefore progressing in terms of exercises for this person, but in going “back to the basics”, we were able to see more (sustainable) progress.
