Moving with freedom, for those with restrictions in movement over a long period time can be life changing.

My approach has always been focused on guiding and helping my clients through their journeys, each client requiring very specific training approaches.

Supporting each client has always been my priority as their trainer.

what is included?

Movements can range from very basic to more functional to help with everyday activities.

Sitting and standing movement (shown in this video) is great for those mobility (everyday movement) issues.

how does it help?

Progression

Most of my clients who started with very limited mobility have been able to progress to lifting quite complex movements without being injured.

Clients=

  • Started= not being able to lift or move much without feeling pain.

  • Now= they can lift heavier weights, and their bodies can recover well.
