Why is it hard to add in personal training sessions into your weekly routine, then perhaps this may be the first step to take prior to taking part in a personal training session.
Supporting and guiding clients over a long period of time doesn’t come without its challenges outside of exercise.
To get the best out of an exercise regime, and gain results, there are always factors outside of working out which affect a person’s ability to get to where they want.
Talking is what creates trust, to allow me (the trainer) the ability to guide my clients to where they want to go.
What is involved in these sessions?

We discuss everyday habits which may interfere with your ability to schedule in a workout.

Two people talking with each other with respect and kindness.

Two people agreeing to support an approach which helps to get a person to workout.

Through these sessions we can unpack in an appropriate way some of the reasons for why it’s hard to start or keep exercising.

These are guided discussions based on years of experience training and guiding clients through their own issues with working out.

Client results came from using a supportive approach where it was ok to communicate when they felt emotional uncertainty.
