What to do/ bring to sessions?
To ensure these sessions go smoothly, (less stress), these tips shown below are recommended for you to follow.

Leave for session 30mins prior.
Plan to leave 30mins early, in case of traffic on the streets (footpath) if you are walking; or traffic on the roads if you are driving.
Turning up on time is usually a big issue for those starting these types of planned sessions; and usually having 30mins to travel before the planned session can allow for some room for unplanned things like traffic or leaving the house late.
Studies show that leaving the house 30mins prior to a scheduled appointment ensures arriving on time; and feeling “less stressed” going into the appointment.
2. Bring a water bottle
Please bring a water bottle.
Staying hydrated while working out is essential for safety and ensuring your body has enough circulation (and blood flow) when its being drawn towards muscles which are being “worked more”.
Having lots of water/ staying hydrated during workouts helps with better recovery.
3. Wear comfortable clothing
Please wear comfortable clothing to move around in.
It is not going to be a good experience if you are in casual clothes.

Shorts which are above mid- thigh area. (Not specific sports tights/ shorts).
