For me, personal training has never just been about ticking off sets and counting steps. It’s about how you feel while you do it and what it helps you become. I believe true progress happens when you feel safe and that is when the body and mind work together.

That’s why every part of the session and all my services are delivered with intention from warm up to cool down, to every movement cue. The communication is there to support you; and give you confidence, clarity, and long-term emotional safety to carry through on that progress.

With a background in psychology, I bring insight into how mindset, motivation and emotional readiness all shape physical progress so you're not just working out, you're building wellbeing (emotional and physical strength) that lasts.

(Coping with 10 years of depression and bipolar disorder, gave me the experience to apply emotional awareness consistently.)

I have first hand experience with struggling to keep weight off, (dealing with mental health issues too), and losing it too quickly. You need someone who knows the struggle and can be there to support you every step of the way. That’s where I come in.

from professional personal training to remedial massage therapy.

My portfolio and in the PT advice and tips section of the main page, shows off many clients of mine who have been able to succeed in their own ways. There’s no one solution that works for everybody, so my role in their success was to help guide them while accomodating to each lifestyle. We work together to create safe and sustainable programs with less burnout, more consistency and most importantly, more progress!
