Started in 2018
Explore my posts from all the way back to 2018 and onwards.
I was 21 years old.
They show how even back then, my passion for health and wellbeing was very prevalent.
Below the “Take a look Through the Journey” title there is a link to a writing passage I wrote about my weight loss journey in February 2018, my 3rd year of university; and before posting more on my Instagram page.

Taking off in 2019
Most of the health-related posts started in 2019; (at the height of my mental illness).
If you go to the posts from that period you will see how I coped with having the illness; how I was able to juggle all the things going on in my life at the time.

3-4 Years later- Client's Progress
Take a look at my client's progress, over the 2-3 years they trained with me.
All of them came from different cultures, backgrounds, experiences, each with their own mental health and physical health problems.

My Travels
Even with having health issues; travelling was and is still a great way for me to explore and learn.
To overcome chronic health challenges I believe it is vital to learn from different cultures and societies; to be open minded.

Want a more in depth look at how I have been able to get my fitness to where it is now.
Some of posts go all the way back to 2010.
This video shows who I am as a person, and how I have tried to uphold a consistent and realistic approach to my training, even with the illness making my life very difficult.
It was these difficult experiences (in school; and not learning well due to the illness) that prepared me the most for adulthood when managing health issues as well as growing a business.
