I have tried to record down most of my workouts since 2018, when I was working out at Les Mills in Dunedin, at the time, when I was going to university there. It has also been very important when understanding my health issues over the years.
I have applied this method to when training my clients, as (I believe) it has helped us to understand their health issues better; and get them the appropriate help.
