What is involved?

  • Sports Massage- IN- PERSON ONLY!!

  • Physio - Type of Training- Online (via Zoom)- if the injury is minor. PLEASE FILL OUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY FORM!! :)

Health and Goals?

  • Carefully laid out session catered towards your health needs and goals.

Discussion;

  • We will go through your filled out health and safety form to elaborate on any health problems which interfere with your ability to move safely.

Understanding;

  • We will go through your goal setting form to ensure we both have a good understanding over the type of goal you are looking to achieve and to discuss some of the steps will we take to achieve it.

Kind of Workout?

  • Based on the forms you will have to fill out prior to your session, I will take you through an appropriately catered to your “health needs” and “goals” workout.
