Achieving personal bests isn’t about always pushing for the best possible result every workout because that is just not possible or realistic. Especially when you have a job, and a life outside of working out.

I’d like to share a table of a client’s personal bests over the past 3 years (including during the covid lockdowns). Let’s call him Dave (to protect his real name).
